Tax benefits

Deductions for donations from individuals in the Spanish Personal Income Tax (IRPF)

Donations made by individuals are eligible an 80% tax deduction on the first €250 donated. From amounts exceeding €250, a 40% deduction can be applied.

Recurring donation: if the donor has made a donation of the same amount or more to Fundación Ana Bella for three or more years, a 45% deduction will be applied.

Deductions for donations from legal entities in the Spanish Corporate Income Tax

Deduction for donations made by legal entities qualify for a 40% tax deduction. However, if they donate the same amount or more to Fundación Ana Bella for three or more years, a 50% deduction will be applied.
