Trainings in Companies and Educating Centres
Problems

Solutions
Companies as Agents of Change against gender-based violence
We train staff to recognise and support the invisible victims, and we co-create action protocols with companies to address gender-based violence to make the workplace a safe place where women can break their silence.
We co-create effective solutions with companies to accelerate social changes. We implement protocols which offer measures beyond those required by law and we achieve that trainings on gender–based violence prevention is taught systematically, just like training on occupational risks, so that employees know how to act as agents of social change against gender-based violence in both their personal and work environments.
Impact: +200,000 trained staff helping +300 become visible within the companies; 111 companies involved, incorporating protocols against gender-based violence in male-dominated sectors such as mining, engineering and automotive; accelerating social change by ensuring that companies anticipate the law.
