Ana Bella School for the Women Empowerment
Problem
Survivors without professional career often end up in social exclusion because they only have access to hidden, low-paid and without social prestige jobs.
Solutions
Ana Bella School for the Women Empowerment
Professional training, empowerment and personal coaching to unlock the potential of unemployed women survivors and to achieve their labour insertion in jobs according to their personal aspirations. Co-creation with companies to accelerate social changes.
Impact:+8,000 job opportunities, 111 involved companies to integrate women into jobs where they are underrepresented: E.g. The first woman lorry driver in an Andalusian mine, the first woman self-employed vendor in Seville. A paradigm shift in the promotions sector: real women, of all sizes and up to 65 years old, versus women under 24 years old with a 90-60-90 figure.

“Women who have been abused are not the problem, we are part of the solution. If we have been able to overcome abuse it is because we are very strong women, women accustomed to working under pressure, women who know how to reinvent ourselves every day to move forward, women who bounce back quickly from failure, who frustration, who are persistent and keep trying despite the difficulties, which is why we are women of success. These qualities, which helped us endure and overcome abuse, when applied to the work world, make us highly effective and committed workers dedicated to the economic and social development of the companies. When focused on our personal transformation, we turn into women survivors who lead our own future. When focused on transforming our environment we are agents of social chance”.
