Impact:+8,000 job opportunities, 111 involved companies to integrate women into jobs where they are underrepresented: E.g. The first woman lorry driver in an Andalusian mine, the first woman self-employed vendor in Seville. A paradigm shift in the promotions sector: real women, of all sizes and up to 65 years old, versus women under 24 years old with a 90-60-90 figure.
